Ingredients

black beans
or cook your own 16 oz bag

whole
chopped onion
small
1
cup
chopped cilantro
fresh
1
cup
chopped tomato
soft or extra ripe
1/4
chopped jalepeno
optional

tablespoons
olive oil
1
teaspoon
Mexican blend spice
1
pinch
Bragg’s Organic Sprinkle
Instructions
Slightly mash black beans in a bowl.
Add in onion, tomato, cilantro and optional jalapeƱo.
Mash ingredients together so the beans are about 2/3 mashed.
Add in olive oil and spices, then stir together with a spoon.
Cover and set Machaca aside or refrigerate for about 20 minutes to allow the flavors to marry before serving.
