Cream of Broccoli
  1. Bring broccoli stems to a vigorous boil
  2. Mash broccoli stems
  3. Put back in soup
  4. Add kudzu
  5. Boil soup for another minute while stirring with a wooden spoon
  6. Turn flame down
  7. Slowly pour milk in
  8. Add miso
  9. Bring flame up just before the boil
  10. Add broccoli
  11. Shut flame off! Through on red onions!
  12. Let sit with lid on!
  13. Throw in Dandelion – So Warm, So Good
