Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups lentils cooked prior and chilled
- 1 cup carrots shredded
- 1 1/2 cups brown rice pasta
- 1/2 whole cabbage head cut in half shredded or chopped
- 2 tablesoons sun-dried tomatoes
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 2 whole green onions chopped
- 1 whole brown onion chopped
