Ingredients
- 2 cans black beans or cook your own 16 oz bag
- 1 whole chopped onion small
- 1 cup chopped cilantro fresh
- 1 cup chopped tomato soft or extra ripe
- 1/4 chopped jalepeno optional
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Mexican blend spice
- 1 pinch Bragg's Organic Sprinkle

Instructions
- Slightly mash black beans in a bowl.
- Add in onion, tomato, cilantro and optional jalapeƱo.
- Mash ingredients together so the beans are about 2/3 mashed.
- Add in olive oil and spices, then stir together with a spoon.
- Cover and set Machaca aside or refrigerate for about 20 minutes to allow the flavors to marry before serving.
